At a meeting of the Committee of the Liverpool Shipwreck and Humane Society held at the Underwriter’s Room, Exchange Buildings, Liverpool on the seventh day of July 1921 It was Resolved Unanimously that the thanks of the Committee be presented to:

PC 118F Joseph Millett, Liverpool City Police

With the Society’s Bronze Medal, for courageously rescuing a man immersed in the mud bank on St Michael’s Shore on 15th June 1921

At a meeting of the Committee of the Liverpool Shipwreck and Humane Society held at the Underwriter’s Room, Exchange Buildings, Liverpool on the seventh day of September 1927 It was Resolved Unanimously that the thanks of the Committee be presented to:

PC 95′ C’ Percy Lloyd for praiseworthy and humane service in assisting to a rescue man attempting suicide in the Brunswick Dock on the 22nd of August 1927
